TN Legislator Drinkin' and Packin'

TN Rep. Curry Todd yielded this photo, which is worthy of the drunken mug shot hall of shame, after being busted in Nashville Oct. 11 for driving while being drunk and packing a loaded gun. Todd infamously pushed a bill through the state legislature in 2010 that allowed guns in bars. So, Todd demonstrates what is wrong with drinking and gunning and his law. Todd last made headlines when he said Mexicans in Tennessee were multiplying "like rats." Todd is a former Memphis policeman. Ironically, Todd's divorce became final the day of his arrest, Oct. 11.
